There was wide spread condemnation for the attack on one of the popular tabloids from Bengaluru ‘Lankesh Patrike’ headed by Indrajith Lankesh son of illustrious writer and editor P Lankesh.

The Ambarish Fans Association ransacked the office of ‘Lankesh Patrike’ for the reports on Ambarish son Abisekh affair with one of the girls and that has irked the fans association. They came straight a few days ago to the office and smashed up the office belongings.  A police complaint was filed soon.

On Friday morning Indrajith Lankesh and his staff went to the office of Karnataka chief minister DV Sadananda Gowda and submitted a complaint for quick action.

Later Indrajith Lankesh his colleagues, journalist friends, important personalities like AK Subbaiah, Vatal Nagaraj and others joined at the Freedom Park and said it is an attack on the freedom of press.

Indrajith Lankesh has urged for quick action on the attackers of his office.
